In 2019, Stephenville started an annual festival to give Moo-La the recognition she deserves. It’s a weekend-long celebration with food, live music, a carnival, a fun run, and HOT AIR BALLOONS! Promotional Period
The Promotional Period begins on May 21 at 12:00pm., Central Standard Time, and ends on March 23, 2021 at 11:59 p.m., Central Standard Time (the “Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
The Giveaway Promotion may only be entered by 1.) You must follow The Daytripper on Instagram (@chettripper) OR Facebook (@thedaytrippertv) 2.) Follow Visit Stephenville (@visitstephenville) on Instagram OR Facebook 3.) Comment with an answer to the question OR Tag a friend in the comments of the Instagram post. The entry must fulfill all Promotion requirements for their chosen platform, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may submit as many candidates as long as they are not the same individual for the Promotion. In the event You submit more than one of the same entry, Hogaboom Road, Inc. may, at its sole and complete discretion, disqualify all entries by You, or accept the first entry and disqualify the remaining entries. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Hogaboom Road, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning the Promotion will depend on the number of eligible entries received. One winner will be selected.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The winner will be announced on March 15 notified by a direct message on the social platform they entered on within five (5) days following the selection of the winner. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive the notice due to spam, junk email filters, or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return and completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification.If the potential winner is at least eighteen (18) years of age but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release on the potential winner’s behalf. Receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Promotion is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Disputes:
