Chet heads to West Texas to the desert town of Lajitas. Yes, it really does have a goat mayor named “Clay Henry.” He tours the unexpected world-class Lajitas Golf Resort and plays golf at the Black Jack Crossing golf course along the Rio Grande River.
After visiting the town, he heads into the adjacent Big Bend Ranch State Park with a stop at the Barton Warnock Visitor’s Center followed by mountain biking, hiking, and offroading.
The day ends with Chet reenacting the classic Kevin Costner film “FANDANGO” with a visit to DOM! Yes, there might be some champagne involved.
